Salisbury, Massachusetts repeals local wetlands by-law

May, 2008: We mobilized the public and successfully repealed the local conservation commission's rules and regulations.

In an editorial, The Eagle Tribune said, "Massachusetts should have consistent environmental laws statewide" and towns with local wetlands by-laws "ought to consider repealing them."
